The blue day...

Some days just come and go... trailing uneasiness and nervousness.

Becoming positive is good. It really works.

Still there are moments when I forget all about being positive..and inspite of all the mental efforts, the day just looks grim and I wait for a glim..that little light which might give me a ray of hope for a better day....

Yes, we have read that life is mixture of good days, not so good days, bad days, great days....and may be blue days???

It seems easier to take in stride a bad day.

May be sometimes things dont work out the way we want or someone says something which hurts and so on..

When u know what's wrong..it can be dealt with.

What about a seemingly normal day which looks blue to me???

What about all the positive thinking which I feel has seeped in me well?

Just a blue day....a blue mood....

Sunshine tomorrow?

  2. Blues feel depressing... till one realizes that they are the 'balancers' of the sunny days.
An inner blue day on an outwardly sunny day? I call that a rainbow day :-)
Don't fight the blues. Soak up the colour and live it. When you come out of it, the sunshine will be nice and warm. You'll appreciate it more.
    I always do :-)

  6. Its' important to have blue day (in Marathi, Ek Unaad Divas), whenever I feels tiresome from regular routine of office and tourings... I just take a day off. Mobile Phones band karun, mast PMT madhye basato ani nivant pune darshan karato. Just Like That. well this is my concept of BLUE DAY. Lakshmi Road var window shopping karat firane. Saras baget jaun bhel khane.... Its' important for me to take such a day off and enjoy unnadakya..

Oh! and for the blue days, don't they somehow manage to remove so much out of the 'routine' of our lives and give one 'It's Different' day?

  9. Everything changes...so do not get attached to the feelings...feelings come and go....we should base our life on commitments and not on feelings....inspite of whatever feeling, we should do what needs to be done at the given situation or just relax if needed....

  11. Seven colors in a single rainbow and seven days in a week so it is but obvious that one day will be blue if one is bright...

  14. Every day is colorful so many sounds. It is a great orchestra -- but only a child like you can feel it because we have so many ideas. Those ideas act as blinkers.

  15. well, what i think is bad days play a peculiar role. Although they make u fell down for sometime, its them that make u enjoy good times even better when u look back!!
So next time its bad day...smile! bcoz u got a reason to be more happier sometime later!!

  17. It just means that you want to be yourself... I overcome such blues by randomly calling someone whom i have not spoken in ages and catching up..

When u say abt the tornado of thoughts that's battling in mind and heart because of what (hurtful) someone said can be sorted by telling that person clearly how his/ her behavior has hurt you and you cant pretend that everything is normal :)
